- Rate/day/house for max. 6 people
- our rates include from 1.5.-24.9.: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking
- there is no heating in the house
- city tax is also not included: Euro 1,5/day/adult
- animals: Euro 10/day/animal (for damages caused by the animal in the house and in the garden the renters must pay)
- air-conditioning: Euro 9/day
- in high season (27.6-21.8.) the house must be rented from Saturday to Saturday
- in other terms min. 3 nights must be spent
- by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. This sum is not paid back. We do not pay the transfer cost
- we take €150 security deposit for loss of keys and damages
- arrival from 2 pm. Departure till 10am
- no towels are provided
- rent must be paid at arrival
